Gavin came in the morning, picked my car up, when i rang to inquire about it he took the time to explain what the car needs doing and what it doesn't. i wanted a timing belt change and i chose his garage because he was the only person to take the time and explain that if the water pump was on the outside of the engine, it didn't need changing. everyone else told me that needed replacing as well, probably to get more money out of the job. The level of communication and openness was mind blowing, after the car was fixed, Gavin's dad came and dropped the car back home, gave me the invoice and we chatted a bit. half hour later i got a courtesy call from Gavin to see if i was happy with the car. i have no words ! i am beyond happy with the customer service, the job, the price... everything !!! i can't possibly recommend them enough ! thank you, Gavin for everything !!!

Gavin and is team was fantastic very honest. My car was delivered to the door after completion and no issues since the service. Another garage had mentioned that the back brake pads need replacing soon and Gavin was very honest and told me it had 30 per cent left. Also very knowledgeable about this business would return 100 per cent now.
